  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., opened makeup, skincare products that have been used, or personal care items like razors/undergarments) are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

3. Free Returns

  • Returns are free of charge within Bangladesh. We provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 5-7 business days), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for cash on delivery).
  • Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, we cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size/color issues (where available) or if the product is defective.
  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Products marked as "final sale" (if any)

7. Defective or Wrong Products If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
